Our range of Employee Groups (also called Affinity Groups) provides resources and networks to employees. They are employee led, and offer peer to peer support, sharing common experiences and raising awareness of issues of concern, both locally and globally.

Sometimes this may involve classroom training, and we also make tailored e-learning available when you need it. Whether it’s the Thomson Reuters Foundation, which applies our business skills to the needs of communities globally; the annual paid day off we afford each employee to support a local community group; our annual Community Champions program in which we provide $150,000 in grants for 50 employee-nominated charities globally; or matching an individual’s charitable donation, we’re wholly committed to making sure all employees offer a valuable contribution both inside and outside our company.
