Training Adds Value
My most recent placement involved providing support to several of our sales and client specialists in the Americas region. This rotation has enabled me to travel all over the U.S. – training hundreds of our clients on an impactful tool that adds great value to their businesses.

Broad Exposure
The Sales Graduate Program consists of three rotations over 15 months. The rotational nature of the program has given me the chance to learn about different areas and teams within the organization and explore areas I like and am suited to.
Steep Learning Curve
After a few short weeks of shadowing, I was conducting my own training sessions and demos both on client sites and remotely (although the support of my colleagues was always there). It was a steep learning curve, but it was the most effective way to develop necessary skills.
